We ask only that you notify us within 10 days of receipt that you will be sending the item for certification. * If the expert or certificate states anything other than what was in the item description, we will refund the purchase price PLUS your cost of this certificate. Shipping: * We try only to recoup the basic cost of shipping stamps to you * Our default shipping method is to send by First Class Mail (in the United States) or by Air Letter Post to other countries. We charge only $2.00 per package within the United States and $3.00 for any other international shipment. You may combine as many items as you would like for the $2.00 / $3.00 charge as long as we can ship in one envelope. Please try to pay for multiple items at one time as otherwise we may send items separately, and you will end up paying more in shipping charges. * Insurance is available upon request only. For shipments to points within the US, please visit the US Postal Service web site (http://www.usps.com) to determine insurance rates. Then add this amount to your payment and let us know that you want insurance. * For International shipments, postal insurance is generally limited to about USD $40.00 unless you opt to use more expensive Express Mail (or other services like DHL, FedEx, etc.). Any items to be insured must carry Customs Declarations equal to the full amount of the insurance.
