DESCRIPTION: This is a nice set of 4 First Day Covers, containing Scott #998 (United Confederate Veterans Final Reunion Issue - no cachet), Scott #1030 (Liberty Issue Ben Franklin Block of 9 on am Artmaster Cachet Cover), Scott #1421 (Disabled American Veterans, colored cachet) and Scott #U589 (3.1 cent Non-profit stamped envelope cancelled at the 30th annual Rocky Mountain Philatelic Festival, May 1979)
